Position Summary:

Maintenance

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting equipment and making any necessary repairs. As a Maintenance Tech, you will work on a team to ensure machines, equipment, and the facility are in working order.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.
  • Perform regular inspections and assist with repairs on any equipment in the facility.
  • Assist in the set up of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred

Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership and direction to the maintenance department.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for building maintenance including maintenance and repair of equipment within the facility.  This position monitors maintenance workflow, department calls and provides feedback to engineering and management on equipment issues. The Maintenance Supervisor develops long-range department goals/strategies and uses data to implement continuous improvement. This position will mentor and develop technicians to independently troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Requirements:

  • Supervises and coordinates all aspects of maintenance operations and establishes or adjusts work procedures to support operations.
  • Provides quality service and ensures that repair parts inventory is managed.
  • Provides direct leadership to maintenance associates by setting and sharing work expectations, working within the team, mentoring and developing associates within the team and hiring/managing maintenance resources.
  • Facilitates training of associates on equipment, procedures and processes.
  • Serves as point of contact for contractors and ensures they are appropriately supervised.
  • Completes projects within time and budgetary specifications.
  • Supports continuous improvement, stays informed on maintenance technology, and implements changes/improvements to help increase team/equipment efficiency.
  • Ensures all maintenance areas and associates meet housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Plan, schedule and support preventative maintenance and related work orders; ensure availability, accuracy and timeliness of any applicable replacement part orders.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
    Two or more years of related supervisory experience or training is required
  • Four or more years of mechanical experience, with an emphasis in automation and electrical training, is required
  • Must possess skills to problem solve, train, direct, self-motivate, and communicate effectively
    Proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities are required
  • Must possess knowledge in manufacturing processes and mechanical machines, and have the ability to work with power tools and computer equipment and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Summary:

Process Engineering is to improve processes, equipment, procedures and core competencies. This position will provide direct hands-on engagement with various manufacturing operations and processes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marvin Windows and Doors (formerly Integrity Windows and Doors) is seeking full-time Production Associates to perform repetitive assembly tasks using power tools and automated equipment to produce high quality window products.

The Production Associate performs various manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe manner while in compliance with all PPE requirements. Each task is to be completed with results that exceed customer expectations and maintain a balanced line flow that ultimately meets delivery schedules.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS – Associates are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shift.  Associates must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions, including reaching above the shoulders. Associates must also be able to bend, stoop, and turn. Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.

The Driver Dispatch Supervisor will recruit, interview, hire and orientate new drivers as needed in cooperation with Human Resources, as well as being responsible for training, performance reviews and discipline. This position requires working with dealers regularly to provide estimated delivery dates, provide customers with answers to product questions and maintain current trip delivery schedules. The Driver Dispatch Supervisor will ensure the DOT and Marvin compliance of all drivers which includes maintaining driver files, logs, hours of service, equipment compliance and drug programs. This person will select common carrier for pick-up and delivery on a weekly basis. This person will assist Scheduler with scheduling open orders and build shipping document boards on a daily basis. The position is responsible for reconciling transportation checking accounts and trip envelopes each week, and approving accounts payable invoices each week.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and have excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel with ICIM manufacturing software helpful.The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic; individuals must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple concurrent tasks.

The CEG Controls Engineer works on the CEPG Controls Team to program, research, upgrade, purchase, install and maintain all controls for the manufacturing and facility equipment throughout the Marvin family of brands. Will work closely with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, systems and facility personnel to design, implement and support the needs related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and controls throughout the organization. Position is responsible for researching, analyzing and testing existing and new control systems and technologies. Responsibilities also include working closely with vendors, suppliers, engineers and project teams to facilitate the transfer of new equipment, technologies and products to the production floor; as well as, improving machine efficiency and striving to enhance current systems to meet the needs of the future. Key Responsibilities: 

• RESEARCH/FORWARD THINKING - Assist in the research, analysis, installation and testing of automation control systems to improve machine efficiency and advance current systems to meet project and future production demands while maintaining feedback loops and end user training. Provide input to controls components/devices, software, database, graphic display and external system interface requirements while adhering to company standards and alignment with IS strategies.

• TROUBLESHOOTING/RESOLUTION/PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - Ability and skill set to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and programmatic problems of equipment and facilities in order to provide solutions to ensure equipment and processes are continually operational. Provide input for preventative maintenance rule sets for common recurring issues to enhance equipment and facility effectiveness.
