Truck Drivers

Truck Driver (Minoa, NY)

A Driver will operate the tractor-trailer truck in accordance with established safety procedures to transport cargo to and from specified destinations and maintain logs and records according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

  • Transport 2 trailers a week out of Minoa, NY to customers in the New England states.
    • Each trailer covers approximately 800-1000 miles a trip, with 3-5 stops per trip.
  • Verify the truck load to ensure its conformance with shipping documents.
  • Check truck's equipment and supplies to ensure road worthiness.
  • Communicate with Driver Supervisors to receive delivery/pickup instructions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by providing customers with answers to product questions and behaving in a professional manner.

Production Associates - Temp to Direct Hire (Eve - ROA)

Integrity Windows and Doors is seeking full-time Production Associates to perform repetitive assembly tasks using power tools and automated equipment to produce high quality window products.

The Production Associate performs various manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe manner while in compliance with all PPE requirements. Each task is to be completed with results that exceed customer expectations and maintain a balanced line flow that ultimately meets delivery schedules.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS – Associates are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shift.  Associates must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions, including reaching above the shoulders. Associates must also be able to bend, stoop, and turn. Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production. 

This position requires working Monday through Friday, 3pm - 11pm.  Saturdays, as needed.
The base wage is $12.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium  (totaling $13.50 per hour).

Summary:

Process Engineering is to improve processes, equipment, procedures and core competencies. This position will provide direct hands-on engagement with various manufacturing operations and processes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Production lines and other Process Support sub-groups with a mix of strategic plans and tactical short-term actions to drive and sustain continuous operational improvements. 
  • Provide immediate solutions to daily disruptions encountered by production and other departments in Roanoke. 
  • Use state of the art process engineering and lean methodologies to identify and implement short, intermediate and long-term improvements to manufacturing practices and results.  
  • Work to create operational standard work, leveraging this to improve business performance. 
  • Work with Quality, Controls, Equipment Planning and Maintenance functions to create and secure robust processes, assets and ancillary equipment.   
  • Define manufacturing practices focused on making products with improved consistency and fewer disruptions.  
  • Assist in capital and facility planning activities. Provide process vision and plans with respect to equipment requirements, use, placement and work flow. 
  • Collaborate with CI function to provide time studies, value stream mapping, current state vs. future state assessments, structured problem solving and other CI related actions.

The CEG Controls Engineer works on the CEPG Controls Team to program, research, upgrade, purchase, install and maintain all controls for the manufacturing and facility equipment throughout the Marvin family of brands. Will work closely with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, systems and facility personnel to design, implement and support the needs related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and controls throughout the organization.
